Sonya leads our HR team and manages all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, performance and development, employee relations, compensation, payroll and benefits. With more than 20 years of human resources experience in the insurance industry, she provides sound guidance and insights.

Sonya had been AVP of Human Resources for Regional Excess Underwriters (REU) as well as Director of Human Resources for Acadia Insurance. She is a credentialed HR professional, earning the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation in 2004 and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation in 2015.
